Jay Richards, deeply rooted in the community as a PN-G grad and Lamar University Alumnus, brings over 40 years of local experience. His tenure as General Manager of a Toyota Dealership for 17 years enriched his understanding of sound business principles, customer expectations, and exceeding those expectations. Our commitment to enduring service is reflected in our continuity plan, entrusted to Jay's son, Dylan Richards. A Groves native and PN-G high school alum, Dylan attended Texas A&M on an athletic scholarship and is fully licensed to handle personal or commercial insurance needs.
